Shipping & Returns

FOR SHOP

 

A Cosmic Venture does shipping via DTDC (Desk to Desk Courier & Cargo) and FedEx, which includes Tracking Number. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email regarding your package and delivery. As the receiver, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier.

 

At the moment, we are not providing any physical products (only digital products). Otherwise, we ship accordingly.

  • Asia: 3-8 business days

  • Middle East: 6-10 business days

  • United States: 7-18 business days

  • Canada: 10-22 business days

  • Europe: 10-20 business days

  • Australia: 6-14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 12-22 business days

Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to ongoing pandemic circumstances. Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office (the one which services your address) or a local courier service. Depending on your area, most standard shipping orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

If your order has been delayed, and your tracking info displays that your order has reached your State / Area / Postal Office, please contact them in order to claim your Package. Many post offices or courier services, send back packages after remaining unclaimed for a number of days. If your package remains unclaimed in any post office or courier service in your state/region/area and is sent back to us, we will notify you in order to proceed with the second shipment of your package. In this case, the customer must pay shipping again to have the package send again. No refunds are made if packages are returned to us. All shipments are sent fully insured.

 

All orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days from the day they are made.

Return Procedure

 

If your order is damaged, we will replace it with a new one. You don't have to return it to us.

​

If there is a problem with your order, or you received the item damaged (the original unopened packaging is damaged), please write to us at connect@acosmicventure.com. In your email, please attach a photo of the damaged item(s).

Payment Procedure

At the moment we support payments through UPI, PayTM, Credit/Debit cards, and also PayPal.

FOR CONSULTATION

​

A Cosmic Venture offers consultations and courses that consist of Natal Blueprints. All the readings are done via Teams/ Zoom/ Google Meet and the report file of the reading is delivered via email.

​

Payment Procedure

 

The booking confirmation will be done once the payment is completed. We support payments through Paypal. And for India, PayTM, and Google Pay.
